I'm Kiran Shivaraju. I build computer vision and AI agent systems that hold up in production, on factory floors, on edge hardware, and across long autonomous tasks. I like to understand things from first principles, not just at a surface level, and I think a lot while building or questioning architecture, roles, costs, and long-term implications instead of blindly following patterns.

I care equally about technical depth, clarity, and real world usability. This is where I share what I'm learning, building, and thinking about reflecting openly and iterating without ego.

When I want to stay away from my computer, I read books, watch movies, play a little badminton here and there, try to hit the gym, or just sleep.
